This 'Swan Study' print is an original wood engraving. I engraved the woodblock in situ at Slimbridge, a wetlands centre local to me. I was working up to engraving a bigger block 'Swanning Around' and this 'Swan Study' was integral in exploring how I'd engrave the swans and water. I took the block home and printed it on my antique Albion Press.
