First Light is an original, reduction & multi-block, wood engraving printed from lemonwood blocks. This print was inspired by a misty and frosty December morning in Devon. I worked from a sketch which I created en plein air and translated it into this original print. This image is made up of 5 layers of ink.

This print is made using Cranfield Safewash relief inks. It comes in a white acid free double mount.
Each print is signed, dated and editioned in pencil on the front. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
This print comes wrapped in a paper print sleeve. If you prefer your print to arrive in a plastic print sleeve just leave a message stating that at checkout.
