Grey Seal II (colour) 2020 is an original wood engraving. I worked onto English boxwood, engraving the design using traditional hand tools. This is a reduction print so it's made up of multiple layers printed from the same block. After each printing session I worked back into the box wood taking more of the surface away. I printed the block on my 150 year old Albion press.

This print is made using lightfast inks and archival materials. It comes in a white acid free double mount.
Each print is signed, dated, editioned and titled in pencil on the front. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
This print comes wrapped in a paper print sleeve. If you prefer your print to arrive in a plastic print sleeve just leave a message stating that at checkout.
