This print took exactly a year to make. In March 2022 I went on holiday with my family to Hafod Estate in Wales. It is a beautiful place filled with woodland, streams and waterfalls. The house we stayed in had a picnic bench outside and it was the view from this spot that I based the print on. I engraved every day we were there, observing the landscape and translating it onto the block of lemonwood. However, when we arrived home I found it really tricky to complete the block. I picked it up every so often over the next year before finally finishing it in March 2023. As I engraved it from life the image is reversed now it's printed (when I'm not working from life I reverse the image when transferring it to the block so that it prints the right way round).

This print is made using quality inks and archival materials. It comes in a white acid free double mount. Do not display in direct sunlight.

Each print is signed, dated and editioned on the front. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

This print comes wrapped in a paper print sleeve. If you prefer your print to arrive in a plastic print sleeve just leave a message stating that checkout.
